Julie Reid, M.S

Managing Director

Julie’s journey into brain health was unconventional. Early in her life and career, Julie was fascinated with education and more specifically, how students learn. Julie loved learning about the great philosophers of education such as, Jean Piaget, John Dewey, Erik Erikson and Lev Vygotsky. After spending some time in the field of education, it became clear that the social-emotional component had a bigger impact on a student’s ability to learn.  Julie eventually became a School Counselor working specifically with students who have learning differences. Julie followed a student through the Brain Balance program and began implementing those physical exercises with her students to strengthen the areas of the brain needed for learning.

In 2014, that interest became personal. Her father suffered a stroke and was prescribed the same types of exercises she had been using with her students. This pushed her to study brain development and infant neurology further, which led to creating the Baby Brain Builders program. She brought this program into infant care centers and community settings, helping parents support their babies' and toddlers' development through intentional, brain-based play.

In 2022, an autoimmune diagnosis changed her direction. She began looking for ways to scale her work while reducing exposure to early childhood environments. That search led her to neurofeedback. She completed clinical training and acquired clinical-grade equipment through Brain Master and Stress Therapy Solutions to launch her own practice.

While working with a neurofeedback client, Julie noticed a huge change in her clients brain mappings within a three month period. When she shared the results with her client, Julie learned that her client had been using peptides. The fascinated Julie and she is currently going deeper into the field of peptides with Dr. Prince. Together, they hope to help people overcome challenges, restore their health and optimize their performance.
